Details of planning applications affecting Watermead parish are shown below

The Parish Council is consulted on applications affecting Watermead, we are not the relevant authority and do not give or refuse planning permission.  We make every effort to ensure that villagers know about applications, and that we have your views before commenting.  All planning matters are raised at Parish Council meetings as an agenda item.

Several applications are currently being considered by Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC).  There is a planning portal on their website which allows you to search for applications in this and other parishes.  To keep up to date we recommend that you visit the portal regularly at:
aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk/planning

You are also able to let AVDC have your own view on applications on this planning portal.  Alternatively you can let us know your view at a Parish Council meeting and we will include it in the PC's comments.  You should bear in mind that there is real strength in weight of numbers in terms of public opinion and it is always worthwhile writing individually to make your feelings known.
